Additional Event Sunday 03 December at 11 am

These three separate workshops will be offered on Sunday 3rd December between 2-4 pm, encouraging some of the elements of 5 ways to Wellbeing.

In partnership with ERAS, a Gelli Plate Printing Workshop will be held, open to anyone wanting to learn this exciting technique which can deliver a multitude of products.

There will also be an Ink workshop, where participants can learn to extract ink from leaves, plants and seeds and use it to print and create products.

Barb Anderson will be hosting a Sound Bath Meditation session, a meditative experience where those attending are “bathed in” soundwaves.

The art workshops do not require any previous artistic “experience” and they are wonderful

techniques that anyone can learn to do to further explore in their own space.

The workshops are free and open to anyone, but will require booking using the links above.

Following the workshops, light refreshments will be served at the Multi Arts Centre.

These events are made possible with funding from the NSW Government COVID-19 Community Connection and Wellbeing Program.
