Mental Health Month

Every October is Mental Health Month. This awareness month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of whether we may have a lived experience of mental illness.

Find out how you can get involved in Mental Health Month in Deniliquin.

The theme of Mental Health Month in 2023 is WE ALL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY

This theme encourages individuals, communities and organisations to thrive together. We recognize the difficulty in breaking down mental health stigma and are encouraging everyone to play an important role.

Whether it is supporting a colleague, running a community event or educating yourself about the importance of mental health language, everyone can play a role.
