As part of Mental Health Month, Deniliquin Mental Health Awareness Group invites you to Brave Enough - two powerful community events with tennis legend, bestselling author and commentator Jelena Dokic.
Jelena’s journey from teen tennis prodigy to global mental health advocate is a story of courage, survival and strength. Behind the fame was a young woman enduring years of abuse, trauma and emotional struggle,yet determined to reclaim her life and voice.In this honest and uplifting talk, Jelena will reflect on her career, the challenges she’s faced, and how seeking help and telling her story changed everything. Through her books, her public speaking, and her work in media, she continues to break down stigma and encourage others to reach out and keep going.
Women's Keynote Dinner
This special women-only dinner will centre around women’s mental health, resilience, and the strength found in speaking up and seeking help.
