Support Is Always Within Reach

Help Anywhere, Anytime

Life doesn’t always run smoothly. At times, stress, worry, or difficult situations can feel overwhelming — and knowing where to turn for support can make a real difference.

That’s the focus of this week’s Sticky Topics message, highlighting the Help Anywhere, Anytime initiative from Deniliquin Mental Health Awareness Group (Deni MHAG).

The message is simple: support is available — anywhere, anytime. You don’t need to wait for things to reach a crisis point to talk to someone or ask for help.

Across Australia, there are trusted helplines available 24/7. These services are free, confidential, and staffed by trained professionals who are there to listen and support.

“In Deni, knowing where to turn can make all the difference,” said Lourene Liebenberg, President of Deni MHAG.

This week’s Sticky Topics sticker encourages people to scan the QR code to find trusted helplines and support services — for yourself or to share with someone who may need them.

Because wherever you are, and whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone. Reaching out for support is always okay.
