Hiking for Health, Habitat and Humanity

Local School Principal, Mark Petersen, started his first day of his 214 km hike this week.

He is hiking the Long Paddack trail to raise awareness of mental health, as part of mental health month and the #deni5in5 challenge.

His initiative also includes raising awareness of habitat and humanity , and Mark is known to pick up bags of rubbish along the way.

Follow his progress on his FB page, Hiking for Health, habitat and Humanity or on the Challenge4Change Facebook page as he makes his way to Deni , through to Echuca.

Happy Hiking Mark
