YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN CRISIS TO ACCESS SUPPORT

Sometimes we think our problems are not serious enough to reach out for support.

You don't have to put up with feeling low , sad or worried when things just seem too much. Sharing how you are feeling can help.

Many helplines are available for support 24/7. They are free and confidential. Recognising that some people find it difficult to make a call and talk to someone on the phone, many of the helplines now offer a texting service as well.

Some of the helplines now also offer ongoing support through some free counselling sessions.

Visit www.denimentalhealth.org.au/helplines for more information about what each helpline offers.
